We collect the information needed to run your account and deliver your courses: your name, email, phone number, and payment metadata from Razorpay (we never see or store your card details). This data is stored in our own database — it is not shared with or sold to third parties.
If you enter your email address in a "get new free lessons by email" form, we store that address, the page you signed up on and the date. We use it only to tell you when a new free lesson, article or tool is published. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and after you unsubscribe we send nothing more to that address.
We use two analytics services to understand how people find and use this site: PostHog and Google Analytics 4. Both set cookies in your browser and record the pages you visit, the site or search that sent you here, and your approximate location, device and browser. PostHog also records which courses you look at and whether you go on to request an enrolment, and may capture an anonymised replay of your session so we can see where the site is confusing. Form fields are masked in those replays, so what you type is not recorded.
Once you sign in, this activity is linked to your account so we can see how students actually use the courses. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to serve you advertising on other sites. You can stop all of it by turning on Do Not Track or using any standard content blocker; the site works normally either way.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@bharatstockcharts.com. We retain payment records as required by Indian tax law.
